Accountabilities:: Lead complex proposals and Big Deals end-to-end, coordinating contributions from Growth, CRM, Data, Technology, Design, Salesforce, and Creative according to each opportunity. Orchestrate technical specialists and, for larger opportunities, senior subject-matter experts, ensuring the right expertise is involved at the right stage without taking on every technical responsibility personally. Support the commercial qualification of opportunities before and throughout the proposal process. Manage a workload of approximately four projects per month while balancing proposal depth, quality, and team capacity. Establish a clear strategic narrative that connects multidisciplinary inputs into a cohesive, commercially compelling proposal. Generate operational learnings that improve future proposal planning, including insights into actual effort and resource requirements for Big Deals. Requirements: Senior consulting profile with proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary proposals. Background in one or more core disciplines such as Growth, CRM, Data, Technology, Design, or Customer Experience, with sufficient understanding of adjacent disciplines to effectively coordinate specialists. Strong synthesis and strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to transform multiple technical inputs into a clear and compelling commercial proposition. Strong commercial and consultative communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with client decision-makers. Ability to coordinate and influence multidisciplinary teams without formal authority, taking ownership of the proposal while allowing specialists to contribute their expertise. Spanish proficiency is required. English proficiency is desirable. Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting environment is a plus.
