Accountabilities: Consulting and project delivery: Lead project workstreams, structure analytical approaches, develop strategic recommendations, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Research and market analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research, market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and strategic evaluations across the ICT industry. Insight development: Interpret research findings, market data, and industry trends to produce clear, evidence-based insights and actionable recommendations for clients. Client engagement: Build and maintain client relationships, clarify project objectives and requirements, and communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Strategic advisory: Help clients understand market dynamics, digital disruption, emerging technologies, and potential pathways for sustainable growth. Business development: Contribute to proposals, client presentations, pitches, and the identification of new business opportunities. Account growth: Identify potential follow-on engagements and support the development of longer-term client relationships. Industry intelligence: Monitor emerging technologies, competitive developments, and market trends to strengthen the quality and relevance of advisory work. Quality and ownership: Manage competing priorities, work independently, and maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and professionalism throughout project delivery. Requirements A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Typically, 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, advisory, market intelligence, research, or a related professional services environment. A foundational understanding of the Information and Communications Technologies industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information and develop clear, evidence-based business recommendations. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the ability to structure analyses around client objectives and business challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly and influence stakeholder discussions. Client-focused thinking, with a commitment to understanding business needs and delivering high-quality outcomes. Commercial awareness and an interest in identifying growth opportunities, supporting proposals, and contributing to business development.
