Job Title Intern — North America Brand & Communications Associate — Cambridge, MA — Summer 2027 Job Description Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in 3 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Cambridge. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. Your role: Support North America Brand & Communications programs, including media relations, influencer relations and brand activations. Help create press releases, social media content and other communications materials that support program goals. Identify influencers and subject matter experts, and help build relationships that strengthen advocacy and visibility. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support clear, consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement. Identify opportunities to use AI agents to automate tasks, then develop and help implement those agents. You're the right fit if: You’re an undergraduate pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, public health or a related field. You’re excited about applying AI in communications and may have relevant coursework, certifications or hands-on experience with AI tools. You have experience creating AI agents. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and are familiar with social media platforms. You’re organized, proactive and collaborative, with 0–2 years of experience through university projects, internships or co-ops. Experience with graphic design or video tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Microsoft Clipchamp, is a plus. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in (Massachusetts) Bachelor Level: $26 – 30 an hour, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
