Commercial Lending Operations Lead

Accountabilities:: Review lease documentation requests, credit approvals, purchase orders, invoices, pricing, and related transaction information for accuracy and completeness. Obtain, review, and interpret customer and third-party vendor documentation required to satisfy due diligence and closing conditions. Prepare and process lease documentation while maintaining accurate and complete records within internal systems. Coordinate closing timelines, funding requirements, insurance verification, lien releases, transaction booking, and other pre-funding activities. Monitor transactions through completion and resolve exceptions, post-closing requirements, and system alerts within established service-level expectations. Independently manage assigned workflows while coordinating closely with customers, vendors, sales teams, servicing agents, legal counsel, credit teams, and other internal stakeholders. Identify potential documentation or process risks and help ensure transactions meet established controls and requirements. Support operational process improvements, special projects, onboarding activities, training initiatives, and escalated issue resolution. Contribute to a high-quality customer experience by communicating clearly, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating timely transaction completion. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of experience in lease documentation, contracts, commercial lending, equipment finance, financial services operations, or a related field. Strong understanding of commercial documentation, due diligence, funding, and closing processes. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across customers, vendors, sales teams, legal partners, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and transaction workflows with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and escalate issues appropriately. Experience with financial services operations and process improvement is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Comfortable working in a structured, risk-sensitive environment where accuracy, compliance, and timely execution are essential. Benefits Target base salary of $65,000–$80,000 per year , with actual starting pay based on factors such as location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligibility for an annual discretionary cash bonus target of 10% . Eligibility for an annual discretionary restricted stock unit bonus target of 10% .
