Client Relationship Manager

Accountabilities: Deliver high-quality customer service and support throughout Managed Services projects, from onboarding through completion. Serve as the primary customer contact for products and services, building trusted and meaningful client relationships. Manage an assigned book of business through regular customer checkpoints and ongoing engagement. Develop an understanding of customer project requirements and provide consultative recommendations based on their needs. Resolve moderate customer issues while escalating more complex matters and maintaining accountability for customer outcomes. Design and execute onboarding project plans for Capital Markets customers, coordinating activities and timelines. Coordinate and review the filing process for Capital Markets customers and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders. Provide ongoing support to working groups, including issuer counsel, underwriter counsel, bankers, auditors, consultants, and customers, throughout project completion. Train customers on platform capabilities, workflows, and best practices to help them achieve their technology objectives. Track customer communications, issues, metrics, and project information using customer management tools. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development. Support additional customer and partner initiatives as needed while identifying inconsistencies in data or project results. Requirements Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, project management, or a related role with a strong emphasis on communication and influencing others. Experience in accounting or finance is preferred. Familiarity with Capital Markets processes and filings is an advantage. Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to identify customer needs and respond effectively and promptly. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage established timelines and multiple priorities. Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and consultative recommendation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment. Ability to analyze information, recognize inconsistencies, and use data to support decision-making. Proficiency with productivity and customer management tools such as Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Gainsight is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet access. Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided for this position. Minimal travel may be required for customer or internal meetings. Benefits U.S. salary range of $57,000–$95,000 annually , with the actual offer determined based on factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
