Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services

Accountabilities:: Own and continuously maintain detailed L2/L3 capability decompositions across Record to Report, Direct Tax and Tax Compliance, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Operations, hardware fulfillment, Hire to Retire, and Sales Compensation Management. Facilitate structured working sessions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to document current-state processes and design future-state operating models. Create process maps, document decisions, and develop clear business and system requirements that technical teams can execute effectively. Translate future-state process designs into system requirements and partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, development, testing, and implementation. Support parallel delivery across current production systems and next-generation platform initiatives, ensuring requests are directed to the appropriate delivery track. Capture operational lessons learned and incorporate them into process documentation and future-state designs. Lead change management, stakeholder impact assessments, readiness planning, training, enablement, and post-launch adoption verification for process changes. Define and report process performance metrics to evaluate whether redesigned processes are delivering the intended outcomes. Establish and maintain documented agreements with peer Business Process Leads at shared process boundaries to ensure clear handoffs and ownership. Own capability design for sales compensation from approved sales quota through plan administration, crediting, attainment calculations, dispute resolution, commission expense accrual, and payroll handoff. Own capability design for hardware fulfillment, including provisioning, warehouse and inventory management, returns, and warranty processes. Support Hire to Retire capability design covering onboarding, employee self-service, HR helpdesk operations, absence management, and performance management. Partner closely with the functional teams that operate these processes while maintaining ownership of their business capability design, governance, and continuous improvement. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or relevant operations roles. Hands-on experience designing or improving month-end close and Record to Report processes within a multi-entity ERP environment. Demonstrated ability to decompose complex business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures. Strong facilitation skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Controller- or Finance Director-level leaders. Proven ability to translate business processes and requirements into actionable system requirements for technical delivery teams. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear process maps, requirements, decisions, and operating standards. Experience working collaboratively across Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, and technology functions. Ability to manage multiple process domains, prioritize competing requirements, and establish consistent standards without relying on direct authority. Experience with physical fulfillment and supply chain processes such as warehouse operations, inventory, returns, and warranty management is preferred. Experience designing sales compensation processes, including plan administration, crediting, attainment, disputes, and commission accounting, is preferred. Procure-to-pay process design experience, including intake, approval routing, supplier onboarding, and three-way match controls, is preferred. Experience with direct tax processes and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions is preferred. HR operations process design experience covering onboarding, self-service, helpdesk, and performance cycles is preferred. Treasury and cash management process experience is a plus. Familiarity with Oracle accounting, inventory, and accounts payable modules, NetSuite, Oracle EPM, FloQast, or CaptivateIQ is beneficial. Benefits: Remote work opportunity.
