Protocol & Quality Compliance: Consistently follow professional interpretation protocols, industry-specific best practices, and standard operational procedures. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Complete, bilingual fluency in both German and English (oral comprehension, speaking, and written skills). Interpreting Experience: 1+ years of professional interpretation experience in healthcare, legal, or customer service environments preferred. Professional Certification: Industry-recognized certifications or specialized interpretation training (e.g., CMI, CCHI, or equivalent) preferred. Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with web-based communication platforms, email applications, and basic office software. Soft Skills: Outstanding active listening skills, professional demeanor, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle high-pressure communication scenarios with patience.
