Associate Creator Growth

Accountabilities:: Manage day-to-day communication with creators through social media, messaging platforms, and other digital channels. Support creator acquisition and onboarding from initial outreach through to account activation. Respond to creator questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other teams when additional support is required. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers. Gather creator feedback, identify recurring themes, and share relevant insights with the wider team. Help improve communication processes, workflows, and best practices as the Creator Growth function develops. Contribute to additional Creator Growth initiatives and projects as needed. Requirements: Native-level Arabic and fluent English, with excellent written communication skills in both languages. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and priorities simultaneously. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment. Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in customer support, community management, or social media management is a plus. Familiarity with platforms such as Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok is desirable. Understanding of the creator economy and familiarity with Gulf and Saudi audiences is an advantage.
