Associate Consultant Implementation

Accountabilities:: Participate in the implementation of employee benefits programs and service improvement projects using established technology platforms, tools, and methodologies. Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support to existing clients and benefits administration teams, investigating issues and recommending effective solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate system configurations that meet client needs. Identify, investigate, and resolve common post-implementation issues independently or in collaboration with senior team members. Contribute to project planning by preparing estimates, coordinating activity schedules, and establishing realistic expectations for deliverables when required. Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and timeliness across all assigned tasks and project deliverables. Manage priorities effectively, meet productivity and billable-hours expectations, and communicate progress or potential challenges proactively.
