Arquiteto Tech Lead

Accountabilities:: Support the integration and development of business processes within a large-scale Facilities project. Contribute to process organization, coordination, and continuous improvement to strengthen operational efficiency. Support people management activities and encourage effective collaboration across teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and responsive service. Monitor processes and activities, following up on progress and helping ensure the quality and timely delivery of work. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address operational needs and maintain alignment on project objectives. Identify priorities, respond to urgent requests, and proactively support the resolution of process-related challenges. Requirements: Previous experience with process integration and development. Knowledge or experience in people management. Experience in client relationship management and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders. Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate, monitor, and follow up on processes. Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proactivity, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
