Accountabilities: Develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging its core capabilities and modules. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise tools and systems. Develop applications and supporting solutions using Java and API integrations. Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring reliable operation. Implement automations, workflows, and process improvements within the platform. Apply software development best practices to ensure maintainable, secure, and efficient solutions. Contribute to the continuous evolution and improvement of the ServiceNow environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a postgraduate qualification in a related technology field. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its main modules and capabilities. Practical experience with Java development and API integrations. Experience creating automations and workflows within ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex technical environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
