Application Developer

Accountabilities:: Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Administer, configure, and support Power Platform environments, including Power Apps. Design, develop, and deploy business application solutions that address organizational needs. Build automation workflows using Power Automate and related Power Platform capabilities. Design and maintain effective data architectures using Dataverse and relational data structures. Develop scalable solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Architect solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, security, governance, and maintainability. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Power Platform capabilities and identify opportunities to improve business processes. Diagnose and resolve application and platform issues to maintain reliable operations. Support development practices and contribute to effective governance, security, and compliance across enterprise deployments. Participate in application development and maintenance activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Help ensure business applications and automation solutions remain aligned with evolving organizational requirements. Requirements: Associate's degree and six years of experience developing and customizing business solutions, designing data models and relational structures, implementing business logic, administering enterprise application environments, supporting scalable solutions, participating in the software development lifecycle, or ensuring governance, security, and compliance across enterprise deployments. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may also qualify. An applicable information technology certification is required when qualifying through the Associate's degree pathway. Microsoft MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent certifications are accepted. Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent certifications are preferred. Strong experience with application development, configuration, administration, and enterprise solution design. Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Understanding of data modeling, relational structures, business logic, application architecture, governance, security, and compliance. Ability to design scalable, high-performing solutions and troubleshoot complex application issues. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Must hold a valid driver's license. Must reside within the United States. Benefits: Annual salary range of $92,776–$114,061 USD . Remote work within the United States.
