Analista de Gestão de Pessoas (Ênfase em Clima e Cultura) - Maringá/PR

Accountabilities: Plan, structure, and execute the annual calendar of initiatives related to organizational climate, culture, and institutional events. Develop and monitor organizational climate initiatives, including employee surveys, analysis of results, and action plans with teams and leaders. Support the evolution of organizational culture through projects and initiatives that reinforce values, expected behaviors, and organizational identity. Structure and manage onboarding and employee-experience initiatives, ensuring an engaging and consistent integration journey. Plan and execute internal communication and internal marketing initiatives to promote engagement and organizational alignment. Develop engagement, recognition, integration, and belonging programs that contribute to a positive employee experience. Monitor and analyze climate, culture, and employee-experience indicators, such as engagement surveys, eNPS, and onboarding metrics. Prepare reports and recommendations based on people data to support continuous improvement. Partner with leaders to support climate management, cultural alignment, and the adoption of organizational values within teams. Support initiatives related to people-management certifications and market benchmarks, including GPTW and FIA. Contribute to strategic HR and institutional projects involving employee experience, organizational culture, and employee value proposition (EVP). Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers supporting internal marketing activities and events. Requirements At least 1.5 years of professional experience in organizational climate, culture, employee experience, or institutional events. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, People Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Practical experience developing and implementing organizational climate and culture initiatives. Experience designing or coordinating onboarding and new-hire integration programs. Experience planning and executing internal marketing and employee engagement activities, both in-person and online. Familiarity with people-management certifications and benchmarks, such as GPTW and FIA. Ability to prepare reports, interpret people-related data, and use insights to support decision-making. Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with people across different teams and organizational levels. Proactive, collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused mindset, combined with emotional intelligence and strong organizational skills. Residence in Maringá, Paraná, or the surrounding region, with availability to visit the office when required. Experience in technology or innovation-focused companies is considered an advantage. Familiarity with HR tools and platforms used for organizational climate and culture management is a plus.
