Accountabilities:: Connect business strategy with the daily work of a multidisciplinary squad across Product, UX, Technology, and Marketing, using data to guide decisions, challenge hypotheses, and improve application performance. Monitor digital customer journeys, campaigns, and in-app communication strategies, including push notifications, banners, and personalized journeys, identifying opportunities for optimization. Track and analyze key squad indicators such as engagement, conversion, retention, NPS/CSAT, and feature adoption. Analyze application navigation and conversion funnels to identify customer behavior patterns, friction points, and areas of abandonment. Design and validate hypotheses for experience improvements through A/B testing and qualitative and quantitative research. Use data-driven insights to support the definition and prioritization of the performance backlog based on potential business impact. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and improvements to the digital customer experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Professional experience in digital channels, digital products, or data, preferably within retail, commercial, or financial applications. Knowledge of digital business concepts, including monetization models, customer journeys, and the dynamics of financial or commercial applications. Experience developing digital communication strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and orchestration of push, in-app, and email communications. Strong understanding of funnel analysis, including acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion metrics, with the ability to identify bottlenecks. Knowledge of testing methodologies, including A/B test design, hypothesis formulation and validation, and interpretation of statistical significance. Experience analyzing and cross-referencing data to generate meaningful insights. Solid Excel skills. Basic knowledge of UX principles to support recommendations for improving customer experience. Experience working in agile environments, including squads, sprints, and backlog management. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Data, Digital Marketing, or Business Intelligence are a plus.
