AI Strategy & Transformation Expert

Accountabilities: Coach professionals and business leaders on developing and executing AI strategies within organizations. Help mentees identify high-impact AI use cases based on business priorities, organizational needs, and potential value. Provide guidance on building AI roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and establishing practical approaches to implementation and scale. Advise learners on leading AI transformation across teams, functions, and organizational structures. Share practical frameworks, methodologies, tools, and lessons learned from real-world AI strategy, implementation, or transformation initiatives. Help mentees navigate organizational change, stakeholder alignment, adoption challenges, and the broader implications of AI deployment. Translate complex AI concepts, strategic considerations, and transformation challenges into clear and actionable recommendations. Adapt coaching sessions to each learner’s professional background, organizational context, strategic objectives, and level of AI maturity. Provide actionable feedback and mentorship to help professionals become more effective AI leaders and transformation practitioners. Conduct virtual coaching sessions and contribute to a high-quality, practical learning experience. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, organizational applications, transformation methodologies, and evolving best practices. Requirements Significant professional experience in AI strategy, AI consulting, digital transformation, product leadership, growth, or another closely related discipline. Experience leading or advising AI strategy, implementation, adoption, or transformation initiatives within organizations. Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize practical AI use cases that can generate meaningful business value. Experience developing AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, operating models, implementation plans, or related strategic frameworks. Strong understanding of organizational change, stakeholder management, AI adoption, and cross-functional transformation. Ability to translate complex AI and business concepts into clear, practical guidance for professionals and senior leaders. Strong strategic thinking, communication, coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide structured, actionable advice grounded in real-world leadership or advisory experience. Comfortable working independently in a flexible, fully remote contract environment. Demonstrated adaptability and curiosity toward rapidly evolving AI technologies and their impact on organizations.
