Accountabilities: Act on behalf of the legal practice in the team responsible for enforcing court-awarded attorney fees, handling proceedings across all Brazilian states. Review publications, manage procedural deadlines in the relevant systems, analyze cases, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of required activities. Update legal calculations and contact opposing counsel to explore settlements and resolve disputes efficiently. Draft defenses, appeals, motions, petitions, and other procedural submissions. Handle credit recovery proceedings, including enforcement actions, collection proceedings, and monitória actions. Drive proceedings toward credit recovery by requesting appropriate judicial measures, including SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, SNIPER, and other available mechanisms. Conduct judgment enforcement proceedings, including the preparation, review, and challenge of calculations. Monitor case developments and identify appropriate procedural measures to protect the client's interests and advance recovery efforts. Requirements Active OAB/SP registration for at least 1.5 years. Previous experience working in high-volume or mass-litigation law firms. Proven experience with civil litigation and credit recovery proceedings. Strong knowledge of judgment enforcement proceedings, including preparation and challenge of calculations and presentation of objections. Experience drafting defenses, appeals, motions, and other legal submissions. Ability to manage multiple proceedings, deadlines, and procedural demands with accuracy and organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with opposing counsel and other stakeholders. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach to case management.
