Accelerator Program - Creative Operations

Accountabilities:: Support capacity planning by tracking planned versus actual resource requirements, identifying recurring gaps, and recommending improvements to forecasting. Analyze workload data, reporting dashboards, and creative pipelines to identify skill gaps, bottlenecks, resourcing challenges, and process inefficiencies. Use project management reporting and workflow tools to improve visibility into team capacity and ensure timely resource allocation for creative requests. Identify repetitive operational tasks that can be improved through AI, automation, and workflow rules, including task assignments, workload summaries, status updates, and recurring follow-ups. Implement AI-enabled and automated workflow improvements that reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and provide clearer operational insights. Use AI and data analysis to identify workload trends, resourcing risks, and project pipeline opportunities for creative leadership. Audit agency and freelancer partnerships, evaluating scope, performance, costs, turnaround times, quality, and alignment with resourcing needs. Support the onboarding and management of external creative partners and help adjust their scope as business requirements evolve. Document standardized processes for requesting, assigning, tracking, reviewing, and measuring external creative support. Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant university degree program. Bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills, required for coordination with international partners and stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, reporting, and performance insights. Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Asana reporting and automations is a strong plus. Interest in AI and automation, with hands-on experience using AI tools and enthusiasm for applying them to operational workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to identify problems and recommend practical solutions independently. Interest in creative operations, marketing, project management, or related career paths. Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.
