About the Role

By the time a platform ships, it's too late to shape it. You'll be in the room before it does.

We need a product-minded presence in the market: someone in the rooms where Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft and Stripe decide what's next, who brings the story back early enough for us to act first. You'll find strategic signal in the field, check it commercially and feed it into our partner product team. That way Fundraise Up shapes ecosystem shifts like Agentforce and agentic commerce instead of finding out after they ship.

This is a market-facing product role. It is not business development, so you won't own accounts or commercial terms. It is not platform PM either, so you won't run the roadmap, execution or integrations delivery. Those owners exist, and your job is to make them faster and better informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Product in the ecosystem. Build standing relationships with product and solution leaders at Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft and Stripe, and with principals at major fundraising agencies and consultancies. Meta and Google are the longer-term goal.
• Work the rooms that matter. Cover roughly 2–3 Salesforce conferences a year (including Dreamforce), HubSpot Unbound, Stripe and Visa events, 1–2 Microsoft events, and in-person partner and agency meetings. Every event ends in a written outcome memo with implications, not a trip report.
• Bring back the story. Return from the field with the raw material of a product story: what the ecosystem is about to need, who confirms it and what it's worth. Write it up as a lightweight spec.
• Own the agentic-commerce watch. Track moves by Stripe, Visa, PayPal and Agentforce early enough for us to act first.
• Beat the platform to market. Log every signal in the shared signal intake, where the PM for Partnership Experience turns patterns into quantified bets. The bar is signal delivered before the platform ships, not after.
• Source the agency and reseller motion. Find wedge plays, white-label demand and warm-door opportunities.
• Bring product truth to the market. Know the platform at architecture depth: what exists, what's being built, and what we can and can't do. Answer capability questions with authority in US rooms, and test every partner opportunity against that reality before anything is promised.
• Strengthen PMM, don't duplicate it. PMM owns ICP, co-marketing and launch motions. You feed them product-grounded narrative and feasibility-checked cases.
• Work AI-native. At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to use AI actively in their day-to-day work, spot where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. In this role, that means using AI to track ecosystem moves, synthesise field signal and sharpen written cases.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ecosystem-native. Any one of these counts:
  • direct experience inside the Salesforce, HubSpot or Stripe partner ecosystem
  • partner-domain experience working with these platforms
  • a proven ability to build this kind of relationship network from scratch
• Commercial fluency. You can size a market motion (ICP, mechanics, revenue logic), not just describe it.
• Product depth. You build and keep architecture-level knowledge of a platform (capabilities, integrations, multi-tenancy, what's coming), enough to hold any technical room without owning delivery.
• Writing discipline. You write cases a product organisation can act on. Written work is this role's main output.
• Influence without ownership. Your wins ship through counterparts you don't control.
• Russian language. Required, as your working bridge to a largely Russian-speaking product and engineering organisation.
• Travel. Able to travel up to 30%.

Compensation

• The compensation range for this role is $167,000 - $196,000 OTE.
• Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
