About the job:
The Senior Manager, Operations Strategy Enablement will identify, develop, and scale strategic capabilities across Operations. This role will connect opportunities across Originations, Front Office, Backoffice, and Collections, helping the organization extend new and successful tools, technology, and operating practices.
As a centralized enablement leader, this individual will own complex, cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and measurable business impact. The role will partner closely with Strategy, Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to translate shared opportunities into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.

- Develop and maintain an Operations Strategy enablement roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
- Identify proven capabilities, technologies, and operating practices that can be adapted and scaled across multiple operational functions.
- Lead strategic enablement initiatives from business-case development through implementation, adoption, and performance measurement.
- Translate operational needs into clear business requirements and partner with Product and Technology to develop scalable solutions.
- Establish governance, workplans, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and decision points for complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive alignment and accountability across functional teams while proactively managing risks, constraints, and competing priorities.
- Support the expansion of automation, artificial intelligence, and other emerging capabilities.
- Develop repeatable playbooks and implementation approaches that accelerate the rollout of new capabilities.
- Measure initiative performance and adoption, using data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continued optimization.
- Provide concise recommendations, progress updates, and decision support to senior leadership.
- Build strong partnerships to promote consistent execution and enterprise-wide thinking.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, strategy, finance, technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, product operations, program management, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and measurable results.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, technology-enabled transformation, and change management.
- Ability to recognize connections across business functions and translate successful solutions into broader organizational capabilities.
- Experience developing business cases, defining requirements, managing implementation plans, and measuring business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and ambiguity into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, servicing, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Experience implementing automation, artificial intelligence, or customer-engagement technologies
