Senior Manager, Global Partnerships (Listing & Tokenization)

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaboration opportunities with high-potential early-stage Web3 projects across sectors (Web3, AI, infrastructure, etc.) and partnerships for RWA initiatives, owning end-to-end project and relationship management, and coordinating with internal teams on follow-on opportunities across OKX's ecosystem.
• Drive ecosystem growth on X Layer by building collaborations and overseeing deployments with partners (e.g. activation programs and campaigns).
• Contribute to the exploration and launch of new initiatives and collaboration formats aligned with team goals, working with Product, Operations, and Legal to build processes.
• Maintain a high standard of project quality, due diligence, and compliance awareness across all engagements.
• Research and track competitor moves and market trends across launch platforms and tokenization projects globally, translating findings into strategy and new initiatives.

What We Look For In You

• 5+ years of experience in business development, launch/growth platforms, venture investment, or partnership management within crypto and/or traditional finance.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, structure, and execute high-stakes collaborations with global partners and stakeholders.
• Solid crypto-native foundation: strong understanding of token economics, project evaluation, onchain ecosystems, and market dynamics.
• Understanding of tokenization and the RWA space, and genuine interest in how real world assets are brought onchain; direct RWA or tokenization experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to operate in new and evolving business lines — comfortable with ambiguity, quick to learn unfamiliar domains, and able to build processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage both Web3 founders and global institutional partners.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required, Cantonese is a plus).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, compliance awareness, and sound judgment.
