Senior Manager, FP&A

The Senior Manager, FP&A is the primary finance business partner to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), who leads Customer Success, Care Operations, Operations Intelligence, Global, Implementation, and Member Engagement Strategy. This role will support the CCO in delivering a coordinated customer experience—from initial launch through the ongoing support provided to customers and their members.

You will provide financial leadership across the CCO organization, including budgeting, forecasting, budget-versus-actual analysis, ad hoc decision support, and strategic planning. You will also own FP&A planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the company’s balance sheet and cash flow statement, ensuring a clear view of liquidity, working capital, and capital allocation. This is a full time hybrid position on our team with 3 days per week required in person at our NYC office. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events/meetings. 

What you’ll do: 

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and recurring forecasting for the CCO organization.
• Own monthly budget-versus-actual analysis, clearly articulating key performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain financial models that connect operating drivers to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow outcomes.
• Deliver timely, accurate forecasts and ad hoc analyses to support evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
• Serve as the primary strategic finance partner to the CCO and leadership team across Customer Success, Care Operations, Operations Intelligence, Global, Implementation, and Member Engagement Strategy.
• Translate operating performance, customer trends, and business priorities into clear financial insights, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Support executive-level decision-making through scenario modeling, investment analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with functional leaders to evaluate resource allocation, efficiency initiatives, and growth opportunities that improve the customer experience and business performance.
• Identify and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities across forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and business-partner reporting 
• Build and scale reusable AI workflows that improve the speed and quality of forecast narratives, management reporting, and financial analyses, while validating all outputs against source systems before distribution.
• Track adoption and measure the impact of AI-enabled workflows on planning-cycle efficiency, reporting speed, forecast quality, and business-partner responsiveness.
• Build scalable reporting and planning processes that improve visibility into the CCO organization’s key financial and operating drivers.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and data teams to maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment across planning and reporting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and strengthen decision support.

What success looks like in this role:

• Deliver accurate, timely forecasts for the CCO organization, balance sheet, and cash flow, with clear visibility into material risks and opportunities.
• Lead an effective, on-time annual planning and recurring forecasting process for the supported functions.
• Provide actionable financial guidance that enables the CCO and leadership team to make well-informed decisions.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and decision-useful balance-sheet and cash-flow reporting that is aligned with operating plans and the P&L.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in planning-cycle efficiency, reporting speed, forecast quality, or business-partner responsiveness through AI-enabled workflows.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience across FP&A, Accounting, Finance Operations, consulting, or related roles, with significant experience leading transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a finance business partner to senior executives and translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
• Strong experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis in a complex or rapidly growing organization.
• Demonstrate ability to use AI and automation tools thoughtfully to improve financial analysis, workflows, and decision support while maintaining appropriate human review and validation.
• Strong understanding of the relationships among the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
• Ability to operate effectively across Finance, Accounting, Data, and business teams and influence decisions
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise insights and recommendations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities.

The target base salary range for this position is $127,400 - $167,688, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
