Estamos em busca de um consultor Desenvolvedor(a) Fullstack com foco em Backend Senior, proativo e com forte foco em desenvolvimento front-end, para apoiar e aprimorar a Experiência Autenticada do cliente.
Principais Responsabilidades

Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento Java.

Familiaridade com Spring Boot.

Conhecimento prático do ecossistema AWS.

Comunicação proativa e bom relacionamento com stakeholders.

Capacidade de identificar ambiguidades antecipadamente e levantar questionamentos quando os requisitos ou as histórias no Jira não estiverem claros.

Forte senso de responsabilidade e comprometimento com o cumprimento dos acordos assumidos.

Capacidade de gerenciar alterações de código utilizando práticas disciplinadas de branching e controle de versão.

Familiaridade com o uso de ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistidas por IA (por exemplo, Claude), mantendo uma compreensão aprofundada do código gerado, da abordagem de implementação e da solução resultante.

Capacidade de explicar, solucionar problemas e dar suporte a código Java, independentemente de ferramentas assistidas por IA terem sido utilizadas durante o desenvolvimento.
