• The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 2,200. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Role Description

• Support SAP S/4HANA Procurement across P2P, Invoicing, Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Procurement, Finance and Technology.
• Support data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.
• Track risks, defects and dependencies and drive issue resolution.
• Support process documentation, training and continuous improvement.

Skills and Expertise

• A successfully completed university degree  
• Fluent English (German is a big advantage)
• Good understanding of end-to-end P2P and SAP S/4HANA Procurement/AP.
• Experience with data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and integrations (CIG, APIs, IDocs).
• Experience with Agile delivery, testing and deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Awareness of automation and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
