Regional Experience / Facilities Manager - EMEA

Location Details: 

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

In Office: This is an in-office position and you’ll be expected to work full-time in an office location, and therefore must live within commuting distance from your assigned office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day.  

What you'll get to do...

• Lead, coach and develop workplace team members across EMEA, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of ownership, collaboration and service excellence.
• Own workplace service delivery for Belgrade while providing leadership and operational oversight across assigned EMEA locations.
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, budgets and regional operational delivery, identifying risks and opportunities to improve service consistency.
• Partner across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Safety & Security, Real Estate and other teams to support workplace projects, operational changes and site requirements.
• Support workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness and compliance while maintaining effective documentation, systems and operational processes.

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, employee experience, facilities management or a closely related environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports, with evidence of coaching, developing and creating accountability within a team.
• Experience overseeing workplace or facilities services across multiple locations or complex operating environments.
• Experience building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and managing vendors, contracts, budgets or service delivery.
• Demonstrated judgement and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess risk, prioritise competing requirements and make effective operational decisions.

You might also have...

• Experience supporting workplace operations across multiple countries or within EMEA.
• Experience working across different workplace models, cultures and regulatory environments.
• Exposure to workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness or regulatory compliance.
• Experience using workplace systems, data, documentation or reporting to improve consistency and decision-making.
