Marketing Manager - International Social Strategist

Location Details: India, Remote

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Brand Social is the team behind GoDaddy’s social presence worldwide. We create brand content, build creator and UGC partnerships, and translate product stories into social ideas that reach entrepreneurs where they already spend their time. We run a continuous experimentation program to learn what earns attention, what builds trust, and what helps the brand show up more credibly in public conversation.

What you'll get to do...

• Bring insights from India and international markets into brand planning, including cultural moments, platform behavior, creator trends, audience behavior, and the connection between brand storytelling and business results. You'll work closely with Paid Media, Talent, GTM, and regional agency partners to turn those insights into stronger social strategies and decisions
• Own our monthly organic-to-paid batch test process by selecting international candidate assets based on organic performance, developing hypotheses, preparing intake briefs, and representing recommendations in cross-functional prioritization discussions with Paid Media and GTM partners
• Own measurement and reporting for amplification across Brand Social teams. You'll help maintain a clear distinction between organic and amplified performance, evaluate the impact of paid support, and identify where future non-boosted content demonstrates measurable lift
• Lead paid amplification for creator and user-generated content, including the UGC creator pipeline, while delivering boosting experiments across India and international social handles. Plan and evaluate amplification strategies for brand, creator, and product content by aligning campaign objectives with reach, audience growth, conversion, and return-on-ad-spend goals
• Translate organic and paid performance insights into actionable recommendations for Brand Social teams and creators. Identify the creative elements getting results and guide future decisions related to hooks, storytelling structure, creator selection, content formats, audience targeting, and calls to action

Your experience should include...

• Strong creative analytics skills with the ability to connect performance outcomes to specific content decisions and communicate clear recommendations such as improving hooks, evolving storytelling ways, testing new formats, or refining audience targeting strategies
• A strong understanding of engagement, reach, profile-visit, and conversion objectives, along with the judgment to align campaign objectives with business goals and desired outcomes
• Working knowledge of measurement design, including control groups, matched baselines, and experiment design, with the ability to structure tests and communicate results that stand up to careful review
• Deep understanding of India's social and cultural landscape across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, combined with professional fluency in English and Hindi and the ability to write and review social-first Hinglish copy that feels natural, authentic, and culturally relevant
• Hands-on experience building paid social campaigns, structuring audiences, driving optimizations, and managing campaign performance directly. A proven track record of translating complex digital products such as website builders, AI tools, hosting, domains, and email into content that resonates with entrepreneurs while partnering effectively across brand and performance teams

You might also have...

• Exposure to go-to-market initiatives or brand strategy alongside social media, with an understanding of how social contributes to broader business goals
• Experience using AI tools to analyze data, including working knowledge of Claude Code, Copilot, and similar platforms for RAG, agentic workflows, and graph engineering
• Experience with influencer and creator-led campaigns in India, including paid amplification of creator content
• Familiarity with incrementality testing, geo-holdout methodologies, matched-market design, and brand-lift measurement
• Experience producing or briefing product-led content, including demos, feature explainers, and tool walkthroughs
