Marketing Cloud Technical Specialist / Mobile & Analytics

Objetivo del rol

Ser responsable de diseñar, implementar y validar integraciones técnicas de punta a punta entre Salesforce Marketing Cloud, aplicaciones móviles (iOS/Android) y plataformas de medición, asegurando que los SDKs, eventos, identificadores y flujos de datos funcionen correctamente en producción.

Responsabilidades principales

Configurar e integrar el SDK de Marketing Cloud MobilePush en aplicaciones móviles iOS y Android, garantizando la correcta asociación de usuarios/dispositivos mediante Contact Key y Subscriber Key.
Gestionar notificaciones push: configuración de tokens, registros de dispositivos y validación de envíos desde Marketing Cloud hacia la app.
Implementar y validar AppsFlyer, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de in-app events, deep links y procesos de atribución. Realizar troubleshooting de payloads y parámetros enviados desde la app.
Configurar y depurar eventos en Google Analytics 4 / Firebase, validando parámetros y propiedades de usuario, utilizando DebugView y herramientas de diagnóstico para garantizar la calidad de la medición.
Realizar pruebas end-to-end completas, verificando el flujo de datos desde la aplicación → SDK → AppsFlyer/GA4 → Marketing Cloud → Journey/MobilePush.
Revisar y dar soporte técnico en implementaciones móviles con SDKs, incluyendo inicialización, actualización y configuración en Swift/Kotlin, manejo de permisos, push tokens y lifecycle de la aplicación.
Analizar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con conexiones, autenticación y envío/recepción de información entre sistemas.
Diseñar y documentar arquitecturas de integración que soporten comunicación eficiente entre microservicios y plataformas de marketing/analytics.
Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo móvil, marketing y analítica, asegurando que las integraciones cumplan con los objetivos de negocio y estándares técnicos.

Conocimientos indispensables

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MobilePush, Journey Builder, APIs REST).
Configuración e integración del SDK de Marketing Cloud MobilePush en apps móviles.
AppsFlyer: implementación, validación de SDK, in-app events, atribución y deep links.
Google Analytics 4 / Firebase: implementación, debugging de eventos, validación de parámetros y taxonomías de medición.
Desarrollo móvil con SDKs (Swift/Kotlin): configuración, inicialización y actualización.
Experiencia en pruebas end-to-end de integraciones móviles y plataformas de marketing/analytics.
