Learning Operations Specialist

Reports to: VP, Revenue Operations

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $80,000 to $90,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:

You are the person who keeps the learning and readiness engine running. In this role, you make sure the right training reaches the right people at the right time, that every program is set up cleanly, and that the systems behind it stay organized as the business grows. You give a $h*t about the learner experience because the small operational misses are the things that break trust fastest.

You are outcome-obsessed about accuracy, follow-through, and whether readiness work actually happens. You will partner closely with Readiness and specialist teams to turn approved content into live programs that are easy to find, easy to complete, and easy to measure. You also give more than we take by building structure that helps sellers, managers, and content owners move faster without creating more chaos.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Mindtickle, the LMS, and related readiness tools by building and maintaining learning paths, assignments, cohorts, certifications, and assessments.
• Keep the Revenue Readiness calendar organized and ensure training launches, enrollment workflows, facilitator coordination, and learner communications are ready on time.
• Publish approved learning content and maintain strong operational standards for naming conventions, metadata, versioning, expiration, archiving, and content hygiene.
• Manage required learning through assignments, reminders, completions, certifications, and follow-up so the right audiences stay on track.
• Support onboarding administration by placing new hires into the right role-based learning paths and tracking progress against readiness milestones.
• Produce recurring readiness reporting and dashboards that highlight completion, proficiency, gaps, and areas where follow-up is needed.
• Use AI tools in practical day-to-day ways to speed up learner communications, summarize inputs, and reduce repetitive administrative work with good judgment.

What You Bring To The Team:

• 3+ years of experience in learning operations, enablement operations, program coordination, LMS administration, or a similar operational role.
• Hands-on experience administering a learning platform and building learning paths, assignments, cohorts, certifications, and reporting that support scalable programs.
• Strong project and operational management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple schedules, deadlines, stakeholder requests, and recurring programs without losing detail.
• A sharp eye for accuracy and learner experience, with the discipline to catch the small issues that can create confusion, missed training, or broken trust.
• Comfort working with data to track completion, readiness, certification, and program effectiveness, then turn that information into clear follow-up actions.
• The ability to work cross-functionally with subject-matter experts while maintaining standards, timelines, governance, and clean operational processes.
• Comfort using AI to work faster and smarter in your own workflows, while applying sound judgment to accuracy, clarity, and follow-through.
