Director, Revenue Readiness

Compensation Range: $190,000 to $210,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do: 

You will lead across the revenue organization to establish the governance, operating standards, learning systems, and program discipline needed to prepare sellers and frontline managers consistently across roles, segments, motions, and geographies. You will shape priorities with senior GTM leaders, make clear investment and sequencing decisions, and lead your team and cross-functional partners through execution.

Responsibilities: 

• Set and lead the global Revenue Readiness vision, strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap, aligned with Huntress's growth priorities and the capabilities revenue teams need to execute them.
• Serve as the senior functional leader for Revenue Readiness, advising GTM executives on organizational preparedness, capability needs, investment priorities, and the risks associated with major business changes.
• Own the Revenue Readiness portfolio and make decisions about priorities, sequencing, capacity, and resource allocation based on business impact and the organization's ability to absorb change.
• Build the foundational readiness infrastructure for Huntress, including program intake and prioritization, learning governance, delivery standards, reinforcement expectations, content lifecycle management, platform administration, and measurement.
• Establish a consistent readiness architecture across new hire onboarding, role-based ramp, frontline manager readiness, major business changes, and ongoing development.
• Create a scalable process for translating identified business needs, performance gaps, product launches, system changes, and new go-to-market expectations into structured readiness programs.
• Partner with Sales Ops Business Partners to understand prioritized business needs and define the capabilities, behaviors, and measures of preparedness required to address them.
• Establish clear ownership across Revenue Readiness, Sales Ops Business Partners, Sales Leaders, Product Marketing, GTM Systems, Technical Sales, and other subject matter experts. Revenue Readiness owns program architecture and operationalization, domain experts own subject matter accuracy, and Sales Leaders own coaching, reinforcement, and team execution.
• Lead the planning and orchestration of company-level readiness initiatives, aligning senior stakeholders on objectives, ownership, timing, reinforcement, and measures of success.
• Set direction and accountability for the operational health of the learning ecosystem, including the LMS, learning calendars, program records, learner communications, reporting, and content standards.
• Develop scalable readiness programs for Huntress selling practices and workflows, including MEDDPICC, Digital Sales Rooms, Mutual Action Plans, and AI-supported ways of working.
• Define how Huntress measures readiness across participation, preparedness, competency, adoption, and behavior change. Use those insights to improve programs and guide future investment while maintaining Sales Leader accountability for business performance.
• Build, lead, and develop the Revenue Readiness team. Establish the organizational structure, capabilities, role clarity, operating rhythms, and performance expectations needed to support a growing global revenue organization.
• Represent Revenue Readiness in senior GTM planning and decision-making, ensuring major initiatives account for the time, support, and reinforcement teams need to adopt change successfully.

What You Bring To The Team:   

• You have 10+ years of experience across revenue readiness, sales enablement, learning operations, sales effectiveness, or related go-to-market functions, including 5+ years leading teams or major functional programs.
• You have led a revenue readiness, enablement, or sales effectiveness function in a scaling B2B SaaS organization and have built or significantly evolved its strategy, team, infrastructure, and operating model.
• You have influenced senior executives, shaped cross-functional priorities, and made investment and resource tradeoffs across a portfolio of competing business needs.
• You understand how to build organizational readiness and assess whether teams are prepared to execute, reinforce new expectations, and sustain change.
• You have designed scalable systems for program intake, prioritization, learning operations, onboarding, reinforcement, content governance, and readiness measurement.
• You are an effective cross-functional operator who can bring together business leaders, operational partners, systems teams, and subject matter experts while maintaining clear ownership.
• You can establish clear roles and decision rights across Revenue Readiness, Sales Ops Business Partners, Sales Leaders, Product Marketing, GTM Systems, Technical Sales, and other contributors.
• You understand B2B SaaS selling across multiple roles, segments, motions, and levels of complexity, including the critical role frontline managers play in coaching, reinforcement, inspection, and accountability.
• You can lead a team and senior stakeholders through meaningful organizational change, creating clarity, building alignment, and establishing the priorities, governance, and operating practices needed for a scalable Revenue Readiness function.
• You use data and judgment to evaluate preparedness, identify readiness risks, improve programs, and communicate investment tradeoffs to senior leaders.
• You can orchestrate multi-step AI workflows and reusable systems that improve analysis, program development, learning operations, prioritization, and decision quality while applying sound judgment to the outputs.
