Inside Sales Representative, Samplize Pro

Samplize is the flagship consumer brand of Material Bank — the world's largest materials marketplace for the architecture and design industry, built into a $2B business and operating in 37 countries. 

Now we're expanding that experience with Samplize Pro, a program built specifically for professional painters. Samplize Pro helps painting contractors connect with homeowners actively working on painting projects, drive customers to their business, create a better sampling experience, and ultimately win more jobs. 

We're seeking Inside Sales Representatives! Join the dedicated team bringing Samplize Pro to painting contractors across the country. Anticipated started date is January 2027.

What You'll Do 

• Make high-volume outbound calls to professional painting contractors (100+ daily) 
• Respond quickly to inbound opportunities and interested prospects 
• Build rapport with business owners and uncover their needs through effective discovery 
• Clearly communicate the value and ROI of Samplize Pro 
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale 
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text 
• Enroll qualified contractors and close business over the phone 
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and follow-up activity in HubSpot 
• Meet or exceed activity, conversion, and monthly sales goals 

What You’ll Bring 

• 1+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, or similar experience 
• Demonstrated success selling over the phone 
• Comfortable with a high-volume outbound environment 
• Competitive, coachable, persistent, and motivated by results 
• Strong communication, listening, and rapport-building skills 
• Comfortable discussing price, handling objections, and asking for the sale 
• Strong organization and follow-up skills 
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus 
• Experience selling to small-business owners is a plus 
• Experience in painting, home improvement, contractor services, SaaS, advertising, lead generation, or other small-business services is helpful but not required. 

Remote Work & Compensation 

This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. Because you'll spend much of your day speaking with customers, you must have a dedicated, professional workspace that is quiet and free from distractions, along with a reliable high-speed internet connection. 

On-target earnings are $80,000–$100,000+ annually with uncapped commissions. Representatives who exceed their sales goals have the opportunity to earn beyond the target range. 

You'll join a growing sales organization with structured onboarding, a defined sales process, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed, including HubSpot, RingCentral, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
