Datadogでは、日本市場におけるStrategic EnterpriseおよびPublic Sectorビジネスの拡大をリードする、戦略的かつデータドリブンなHead of Enterprise Salesを募集しています。
本ポジションは、日本におけるエンタープライズおよびパブリックセクター戦略を統括し、Datadogの最も重要な大規模顧客に対するパイプライン創出、案件推進、マルチプロダクト導入の拡大を推進します。
また、日本市場でのプレゼンスをさらに強化し、Datadogを戦略的パートナーとして確立することが期待されます。

主な業務内容
- 日本におけるエンタープライズセールス組織の採用・組織構築・人材育成
- Strategic EnterpriseおよびPublic Sectorにおける売上責任を担い、四半期・年間目標の達成をリード
- 新規顧客獲得、プラットフォーム拡張、マルチプロダクト導入を含むエンタープライズ向け成長戦略の策定と実行
- パイプライン創出、フォーキャスト管理、案件レビュー、アカウント戦略など、営業オペレーションの高度化
- 複雑かつ多層的な意思決定プロセスを伴う大型案件において、リーダーおよび営業チームを支援
- セールスサイクル全体（ディスカバリー、エグゼクティブアラインメント、技術検証、クロージング）での最適な関与を推進
- 勝率向上、案件スピード向上、生産性改善のためのセールスモデルおよび営業戦略の最適化
- バリューセリング、エグゼクティブエンゲージメント、影響力の高い営業活動に関するコーチング
- コラボレーション、アカウンタビリティ、顧客志向を重視したチームカルチャーの構築
- Datadogの最重要顧客に対するエグゼクティブスポンサーとしての関係構築
- 次世代リーダー育成、サクセッションプランニング、キャリア開発の推進
- Datadogエコシステムにおけるパートナーおよびアライアンスとの長期的関係構築
応募資格
- テクノロジー企業（特にSaaS）におけるエンタープライズ向けB2B営業経験10年以上
- 複雑なGTM組織において、分散型セールスチームを率いたシニアリーダー経験7年以上
- 大型案件を含む複雑なセールスプロセスのマネジメント経験
- Win Rate、Deal Size、Pipeline Quality、Forecast Accuracyなどの営業指標改善の実績
- MEDDICCなどのフレームワークを含むバリューベースセリングの高い理解
- 社内ステークホルダーおよびCレベル顧客と信頼関係を構築できるエグゼクティブプレゼンス
- 案件に深く関与しながらチームをコーチングできる、ハンズオンかつ高いEQを持つリーダー
- 不確実性の高い環境や市場変化の中でも成長を推進できるリーダーシップ
- カンファレンスやイベントでの登壇経験
- グローバルGTM戦略と日本市場の営業スタイルを橋渡しできる能力
- グローバル戦略を日本市場向けに具体的な実行計画へ落とし込める能力
