About the Role

The GTM Engineer builds the automations, custom internal applications, and AI-native workflows that power our Go-To-Market operations. This role goes beyond traditional SaaS administration — you’ll act as a hands-on technical builder, leveraging AI coding assistants and LLMs to solve process bottlenecks and improve how our commercial teams work.

When native tools like Salesforce or Marketo don't provide the experience or functionality our teams need, you’ll rapidly prototype and build custom solutions that streamline workflows and accelerate execution. You’ll partner closely with commercial stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce manual work, and continuously enhance the commercial lifecycle through technology and automation.

What are your responsibilities?

• Custom Web Apps & Internal Tooling: Rapidly prototype and build lightweight, custom web applications and internal tools that improve the user experience and help commercial teams work more efficiently.
• AI & Systems Integration: Develop integrations between GTM tools, internal systems, and LLM APIs using REST APIs, webhooks, and modern automation platforms.
• Automation Development: Build, deploy, and maintain reliable automated workflows that eliminate manual processes and improve productivity across the organization.
• Tool Innovation & Ownership: Own selected GTM tools end-to-end. Automate routine maintenance and configuration wherever possible, allowing you to focus on the technical roadmap, continuous improvement, and new AI-driven capabilities.
• Data Quality & Reliability: Monitor and improve data consistency across systems. Identify issues early and implement sustainable, automated solutions to prevent them from recurring.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex issues across integrations, workflows, data pipelines, and custom applications, while focusing on long-term, scalable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, Account Management, and other teams to understand their challenges and translate day-to-day friction points into technical solutions.

Who are you?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
• AI-Assisted Development: Proven ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to rapidly develop, debug, and deploy functional applications and workflows.
• Programming Skills: Foundational understanding of Python and ideally basic web technologies such as HTML and JavaScript. You don't need to be a traditional full-stack engineer, but you should be comfortable reading code, understanding technical logic, and effectively using and debugging agentic coding tools.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, software engineering, or similar role with a strong focus on internal tooling and technical solutions.
• Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration or automation platforms such as n8n, Workato, Zapier, or similar tools.
• GTM Systems: Familiarity with the data models, workflows, and APIs of GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Marketo, Calendly, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, or equivalent platforms.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward building scalable solutions rather than relying on manual workarounds.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver solutions in a fast-moving environment.
