Job Title: Data Quality - RTP

Experience: 8–14 Years

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Role Overview 

Job information:

These BAs are required to augment execution team who has been mandated to deliver the Data Risk Treatment Plan / Remediation Plan & associated book of work for the business. Key activities that the BA will be performing include but not limited to:

o            Understand the data regulations (including but not limited to those relating to Record retention, retrieval, completeness/ accuracy, and disposal) and apply them in the context of the Institutional Banking business.

o            Perform Discovery and gap analysis of the current state vis-à-vis the above-mentioned data regulations.

o            Develop solution options and conduct options analysis.

o            Design detailed solution & corresponding implementation approach.

o            Train and communicate the solution / changes.

o            Implement the solution / changes to perform actual remediation/disposal.

The book of work is more business-oriented and will require significant collaboration with the Process Owners, Product Owners, Operations Team and Compliance

Skills-set

o            Change Management        

Domain Expertise

o            Banking, preferably Institutional Banking

o            Data Regulations, preferably those relating to Record Keeping – retention, retrievability, disposal etc.
