Bilingual Recruiter (Contract)

Contract Hourly Recruiter – Louisville, KY

We are seeking an experienced Hourly Recruiter with a strong background in high-volume, non-exempt recruiting to support our fulfillment operations in Louisville, KY.

This role will own the day-to-day recruiting process for high-volume warehouse hiring, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, pre-employment follow-up, and coordination of upcoming start dates. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where hiring needs can change quickly and success is measured by the ability to build pipeline, meet weekly hiring goals, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred due to the diverse candidate population this role will support.

This is a contract position that will sit onsite at our Louisville, KY location.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hourly, warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or similar non-exempt hiring.

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred, with the ability to professionally screen, interview, and communicate with candidates in both languages.

• Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume candidate pipeline and working toward weekly hiring or staffing targets.

• Experience conducting multiple candidate screens and interviews daily in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

• Strong sourcing skills and experience using job boards, recruiting platforms, and other candidate-generation strategies.

• Experience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.

• Strong candidate follow-up and organizational skills, with the ability to manage candidates across multiple stages simultaneously.

• Ability to prioritize quickly as hiring needs, shift requirements, and business priorities change.

• Strong communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with Operations, HR/P&C, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with a broader Talent Acquisition team.

• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and accountability for recruiting results.

• Ability to work onsite and support hiring events, orientations, or other recruiting activities as business needs require.

• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling candidate and employee information.

Preferred Experience

• Previous recruiting experience within a warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, manufacturing, or staffing environment.

• Bilingual English/Spanish recruiting experience.

• Experience supporting seasonal or peak-volume hiring ramps.

• Experience recruiting across multiple shifts and schedules simultaneously.

• Experience monitoring recruiting metrics such as pipeline volume, interview attendance, offers, onboarding completion, and start/show rates.
