RESUMO DA FUNÇÃO
- Fazer o acompanhamento da gestão e implantação de projetos, por meio de levantamento de requisitos, acompanhamento de escopo e prazos, interlocução entre negócio e tecnologia, dentre outros;
- Implementar e otimizar processos operacionais, de gestão de tarefas, demandas e resolução de problemas e impedimentos;
- Analisar e atualizar dados operacionais, gerando indicadores de desempenho com foco em tendências, capacidade, eficiência e compliance;
- Preparar relatórios executivos periódicos para a liderança;
- Garantir documentação técnica atualizada e disponível, além de boas práticas para auditoria e conformidade;
- Propor melhorias contínuas com base em métricas de performance e avaliações periódicas;
Requisitos:
Grau de Instrução: Nível Superior.
Formação: Administração; Ciências Contábeis; Economia; Engenharia (qualquer ênfase); Estatística; graduação em Tecnologia da Informação; Pós-graduação em área correlata.
Conhecimentos:
- Gerenciamento ou gestão de Projetos;
- Métodos ágeis e Scrum;
- Análise de Dados e BI;
- Ferramentas Microsoft: Office365, Excel, Planner, Power BI, SharePoint;
- Inglês Técnico;
