Adoption & Change Lead

Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Adoption & Change Lead to drive the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and other enterprise AI capabilities across the client's organization. The role focuses on translating AI technology deployments into measurable business adoption. The candidate will work with business leaders, IT teams, communications, HR, and end users to assess change impacts, develop adoption plans, facilitate engagement activities, measure usage and business outcomes, and embed new ways of working. The ideal candidate combines structured organizational change management practices with practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and enterprise digital transformation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot, enterprise AI agents, and related productivity solutions. 
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, user segmentation, and readiness assessments across business functions. 
• Identify business scenarios and workflows where AI capabilities can improve productivity, collaboration, and operational effectiveness. 
• Develop adoption roadmaps, communications plans, engagement campaigns, champion networks, and role-based enablement programs. 
• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to identify adoption barriers, address resistance, and build confidence in using AI responsibly. 
• Coordinate with Copilot trainers and enablement specialists to align learning programs with business workflows and user needs. 
• Design and facilitate workshops, demonstrations, office hours, feedback sessions, and other adoption activities. 
• Establish adoption measurement frameworks using relevant usage insights, surveys, feedback, and business outcome metrics. 
• Analyze adoption trends, identify underutilized capabilities, and recommend targeted interventions to improve sustained usage. 
• Work with IT and governance teams to ensure communications and adoption practices reflect approved AI usage policies, data protection requirements, and responsible AI guidelines. 
• Develop adoption dashboards, stakeholder reports, playbooks, communications materials, and change management documentation. 
• Capture lessons learned, success stories, and reusable adoption practices to support the wider enterprise AI rollout. 

Mandatory Skills and Experience 

• 8–10 years of experience in organizational change management, digital transformation, enterprise technology adoption, or business transformation. 
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing change management initiatives for enterprise technology implementations. 
• Strong skills in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, readiness evaluation, communications planning, and adoption measurement. 
• Experience developing role-based adoption strategies, engagement programs, champion networks, and user enablement initiatives. 
• Ability to work with senior business stakeholders, IT teams, HR, communications, and operational teams. 
• Experience defining and tracking adoption KPIs, analyzing user feedback, and recommending improvement actions. 
• Strong workshop facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to translate technology capabilities into business-relevant use cases and practical changes to day-to-day work. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and reporting capabilities. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or enterprise AI solutions. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 usage analytics, Copilot adoption reporting, and relevant organizational adoption tools. 
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 E7 capabilities, Copilot Studio agents, and enterprise AI adoption patterns. 
• Familiarity with the Prosci ADKAR model, Kotter's change management approach, or comparable organizational change frameworks. 
• Experience with enterprise learning platforms, digital adoption tools, internal communications platforms, and analytics dashboards. 
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, information protection, data privacy, and enterprise AI governance. 
• Experience in large-scale, multi-function, or geographically distributed transformation programs. 
• Relevant change management or organizational development certifications.
