Buscamos un BI Analyst con experiencia en Ecommerce y Marketing Digital, enfocado en la extracción, transformación y análisis de datos para generar insights que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones estratégicas del negocio.
La persona ideal deberá contar con conocimientos sólidos de Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau y SQL, así como capacidad para analizar el desempeño de campañas digitales, modelos de atribución y métricas de contactabilidad.
Responsabilidades

Extraer, transformar y analizar datos de distintas fuentes para generar información relevante para el negocio.

Analizar el desempeño de estrategias de Ecommerce y campañas de Marketing Digital.

Evaluar métricas de campañas, modelos de atribución, contactabilidad y comportamiento de usuarios.

Desarrollar y mantener dashboards e informes utilizando Tableau para dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs).
-
Utilizar Google Analytics 4 (GA4) para analizar el tráfico, comportamiento y conversión de usuarios en plataformas digitales.

Realizar consultas SQL para la extracción, validación y análisis de información.

Identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades de mejora a partir del análisis de datos.

Comunicar hallazgos e insights de manera clara y efectiva a los equipos de negocio y Marketing.
Requisitos
-
Experiencia previa en Ecommerce (indispensable).

Experiencia previa en Marketing Digital (indispensable).
-
Dominio de Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
-
Dominio de Tableau para la visualización de datos y creación de dashboards.
-
Dominio de SQL para consultas y análisis de datos.
-
Experiencia en análisis de campañas digitales, modelos de atribución y métricas de contactabilidad.

Experiencia en extracción, tratamiento y análisis de datos.

Capacidad para interpretar información y traducirla en insights accionables.
Conocimientos deseables
-
Experiencia con BigQuery.

Familiaridad con herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (AI Tools) aplicadas al análisis de datos y optimización de procesos.
