Working Student (m/f/d) for Planning & Procurement

Your way into the future As a Working Student in Purchasing, you'll help keep our SAP master data clean, accurate, and reliable — supporting the planning and procurement decisions that depend on it every day. What awaits you at Mynaric Clean and maintain SAP master data (material master, source lists, info records, purchasing views). Identify and resolve incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent data entries in coordination with Buyers and Planning. Support standardization of master data fields and naming conventions across categories. Help build and maintain data governance routines to keep master data consistent over time. Build simple reports/dashboards (Excel, SAP queries) to track data quality and flag recurring errors. Reduce manual effort by identifying repetitive data-cleanup tasks and proposing lightweight fixes or automation. Support the rollout of new data standards as they're defined by the Purchasing team. Collaborate with Buyers, Planners, and IT/ERP to trace data issues back to their source. What you bring with you Currently enrolled in a degree program in industrial engineering, supply chain, business administration, information systems, or similar. First exposure to SAP (or a comparable ERP) through coursework, internships, or working student experience is a plus — willingness to learn SAP in depth is essential. Strong attention to detail and comfort working through large, messy datasets. Solid Excel skills; basic familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus. Structured, methodical way of working. Curiosity about manufacturing/procurement processes and how clean data drives planning accuracy. Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
