JOIN OUR TEAM As a Working Student Category Management you will be supporting the Category Management team in handling the Westwing shop portfolio through new product selection and maintenance of the existing offering to secure business and meet sales targets. This position is permanent and based in Munich . WHAT YOU'LL DO Support product selection from new and existing premium and contemporary brands Analyse category performance on a weekly and monthly basis Conduct competitor research in target categories Support assortment strategies within defined categories Collaborate closely with experienced Category Managers and learn how to build a best-in-class assortment in Home & Living categories YOU COME WITH Enrolled on a Business Administration, Management, or equivalent degree programme Passion for Home & Living as well as a strong sense for products, trends, and aesthetics Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a structured working style, high motivation, and a keen curiosity for continuous learning Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and spoken language skills in English WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
