(Senior) Commercial Producer (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM As a (Senior) Commercial Producer , you will manage end-to-end campaign productions, ensuring smooth execution, high creative standards, and timely delivery. You will be an integral part of Westwing's Marketing team, driving a wide range of productions across brand campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives. This position is permanent and based in Munich . WHAT YOU'LL DO Own end-to-end productions from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards Coordinate project setups, production schedules, post-production, multi-channel asset delivery, and all production documentation, including PPMs, call sheets, contracts, and travel logistics Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and external production partners to bring creative concepts to life while guaranteeing production feasibility Enable creative development by providing production expertise, talent research, supplier recommendations, and feasibility checks Drive seamless execution across the full production lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact, resolving production challenges, and integrating AI-driven production solutions YOU COME WITH 3+ years of experience in production management within a production company, agency, or comparable in-house creative environment Experience managing multiple productions simultaneously from briefing to final delivery Strong project management skills with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment Attention to detail and a high standard for creative quality and execution, as well as interest in production innovation and emerging technologies, including AI Fluency in English; German is a strong plus WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
