Aufgaben Performance Video Ads produzieren: UGC Ads, AI-generierte Creatives, VSLs und Testimonial Cuts für Meta, TikTok und andere Paid-Social-Kanäle Clips schneiden und zu starken Ads zusammensetzen: mit Fokus auf Hooks, Retention, schnelles platform-natives Pacing, Captions sowie mehreren Varianten der ersten drei Sekunden. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative Team , um die stärksten Performance Ads im DACH-Raum zu entwickeln und kontinuierlich neue Creative-Ansätze zu testen. AI als zentrale Produktions-Engine nutzen: Tools wie Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, Veo oder vergleichbare Lösungen für Footage, B-Roll, Bilder und Creative-Varianten einsetzen. AI-Output mit handwerklicher Qualität finalisieren: Schwächen erkennen und durch sauberen Schnitt, Timing, Sound Design, Animationen und Brand-Fit in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut oder vergleichbaren Tools verbessern. Qualifikation Du hast Erfahrung als Editor (m/w/d) Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich KI Content Erstellung Idealerweise bereits bei einer Agentur tätig gewesen aber kein muss Du sprichst fließend Deutsch Benefits Faire Bezahlung.
