Werkstudent Event Marketing (m/w/d)

About the role We are looking for a reliable and organized person to support our marketing team in Munich. As a Working Student in Event Management, you will support the preparation, execution and follow-up of events. Your main responsibilities will be operational and administrative, ensuring that materials, data and organizational processes are prepared on time. In doing so, you will help lay the foundation for professional events and support the team in its day-to-day work. Your mission Preparing, organizing, packing and shipping event materials Ordering and reordering giveaways, equipment and other event materials Managing, maintaining and taking inventory of our event materials Supporting events on site Creating events in our systems Maintaining event, participant and CRM data Supporting participant management, from organizational preparation through to follow-up Handling the organizational preparation and follow-up of events Maintaining checklists, overviews and processes Providing administrative support in the day-to-day event business Your profile You are enrolled at a university You are interested in event management, marketing or organizational tasks You work carefully, reliably and in a structured manner You enjoy getting hands-on and are not afraid of tasks such as preparing materials, shipping and taking inventory You are able to keep track of multiple tasks running in parallel You communicate clearly and reliably You are confident using common digital tools and quick to familiarize yourself with new systems Very good German and good English skills Conditions & Benefits An open-minded and friendly team working with agile methods - as proven by our Kununu Score of 4,6 Flexible & hybrid working 60 days workation per year in the EU Company events & sports offers Corporate benefits Company pension scheme Childcare allowance EGYM Wellpass membership discount Diverse development opportunities You want to be part of our success story?
