Für unser Team suchen wir zeitnah eine engagierte Werkstudentin oder einen engagierten Werkstudenten (15–20 Std./Woche) zur Unterstützung in den Bereichen Kundensupport , Community Management und Social Media Marketing . Aufgaben Deine Aufgaben: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen via E-Mail und Social Media Community Management auf unseren Kanälen (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube u. a.) Unterstützung bei der Planung von Postings (KI-gestützte) Erstellung von Social-Media-Content (Static Posts, Videos) Pflege von Marketing-Kennzahlen Mitarbeit im Pipeline-Management unserer Creator-Kooperationen Je nach Interesse/Bedarf weitere Aufgaben und eigene kleine Projekte möglich Qualifikation Das bringst du mit: Immatrikulation an einer deutschen Hochschule, idealerweise noch für mind. 3 Semester Wohnsitz in Deutschland Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Interesse an Ernährung, Gesundheit, Lifestyle Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Social Media und Kundensupport Bereitschaft, gelegentlich auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten, ist ein Plus Benefits Was wir bieten: 15–20 Std./Woche bei flexibler Zeiteinteilung und vorrangig Remote-Arbeit Nutzung unseres Büros in Gräfelfing bei München möglich Ein kleines, erfahrenes Team mit flachen Hierarchien Eine:n feste:n Mentor:in mit strukturierter Einarbeitung und regelmäßigen Feedbackgesprächen Angenehmes Arbeitsklima, liebe Kolleg:innen und regelmäßige Teamevents Sinnvolle Arbeit mit direktem Nutzerfeedback und Gestaltungsspielraum Wir würden uns freuen, dich bei uns im Team begrüßen zu dürfen.
