The opportunity Partner with Hiring Managers and teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritized requisitions with an eye on market intelligence and industry developments Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken Own the end-to-end recruitment process, operating as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org You think from first principles, not from the playbook. Hiring managers hand you symptoms - the diagnosis is your job. You use AI fluently in your day to day - sourcing, screening, market mapping, reporting - and can point to where it's changed your output High motor - you bring relentless energy and consistent effort to everything you do.
