Für bevorstehende Projekte bei unseren Kunden im Insurance- und Financial-Services-Umfeld suchen wir erfahrene KI-Expert und AI Advisory Leads , die strategische KI-Transformationen vorantreiben und als kompetente Sparringspartner auf C-Level agieren. Du verbindest tiefes technisches Verständnis von KI-Architekturen mit ausgeprägter Führungskompetenz und gestaltest aktiv den Aufbau skalierbarer KI-Service-Lines mit. Wir freuen uns, Dich für zukünftige spannende KI-Transformationsprojekte in der Schweiz in unseren Talentpool aufzunehmen. Das Arbeitspensum sowie der Remote-Anteil können je nach Projekt variieren; voraussichtlicher Arbeitsort ist Zürich oder Bern, mit Option auf Teilpartnerschaft und erforderlicher Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz. Aufgaben Strategische Beratung von C-Level und Senior Leadership bei Kunden zu KI-Transformationsprogrammen und Agentic Engineering Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Skalierung von KI-Service-Lines und -Teams (intern und beim Kunden) Fachliche Führung interdisziplinärer KI-Projektteams über mehrere Workstreams hinweg Architekturentscheidungen bei komplexen KI- und Data-Engineering-Projekten (Legacy-Ablösung, Plattformtransformation) Steuerung von PoC- und Implementierungsprojekten im Bereich Agentic AI, RAG und Multi-Agent-Systeme Entwicklung und Präsentation von Business Cases sowie Angeboten auf Entscheidungsträgerebene Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (EU AI Act, FINMA, Datenschutz) Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Insurance- und FS-Markt Mentoring und Know-how-Transfer an interne Consulting-Teams und KI Ambassadoren beim Kunden Profil 12+ Jahre Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder im Technologieumfeld, davon mindestens 3 Jahre mit KI/ML-Fokus Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung von Tech-Teams und dem Aufbau skalierbarer Strukturen (idealerweise 20+ Personen) Tiefes Verständnis von Agentic AI, LLM-Architekturen (Claude, GPT), Multi-Agent-Orchestrierung Domänenwissen in Insurance oder Financial Services zwingend (Versicherungsprodukte, Kernprozesse, regulatorisches Umfeld) Erfahrung mit grossen Datentransformationsprojekten (z.B. Legacy-DWH → Cloud Lakehouse, Azure Databricks) Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte auf Entscheidungsträgerebene zu kommunizieren Kenntnisse EU AI Act, FINMA-Anforderungen und Datenschutz (Schweiz/EU) Unternehmerisches Denken: Bereitschaft, Akquisitionsverantwortung zu übernehmen Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch fliessend; Französisch von Vorteil Find more English Speaking Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
