In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für das Testmanagement innerhalb eines komplexen, gross angelegten Transformationsprogramms und stellst eine strukturierte, qualitativ hochwertige Delivery sicher. Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für das Testmanagement innerhalb eines grossen Transformationsprogramms Planung, Steuerung und Koordination aller Testaktivitäten über verschiedene Projekte, Systeme und Teams hinweg Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Teststrategie, Testkonzept und Testplanung Koordination von Testressourcen, Abhängigkeiten, Meilensteinen und Lieferobjekten Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Testdurchführung Management von Risiken, Defects und Eskalationen im Testumfeld Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Fachbereichen, IT, Lieferanten und weiteren Stakeholdern Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kommunikation und eines konsistenten Status-Reportings Steuerung und Zusammenhalten einer komplexen Delivery über mehrere Stakeholder und Streams hinweg Testautomation und Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Testansätze von Vorteil Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Test Manager in grossen und komplexen Transformationsprogrammen Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Testmanagement über mehrere Projekte, Systeme und Teams Erfahrung im Umgang mit Senior Stakeholdern und anspruchsvollen Entscheidungs- und Eskalationssituationen Fähigkeit, komplexe Abhängigkeiten zu verstehen, zu koordinieren und eine ganzheitliche Delivery sicherzustellen Ausgeprägte analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Erfahrung in Testautomation ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung Erfahrung im Banking-/Private-Banking-Umfeld von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Generelle Rahmenbedingungen: Pensum: 100% Start: ab 1.
