Das machst du bei uns Content Creation & Video Production: Du entwickelst kreative Inhalte, Videos (z. B. Shorts/Reels), Grafiken und Textbeiträge für unsere Kanäle. Trendscouting & Social Innovation: Du verfolgst aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen auf TikTok, Instagram & Co. und bringst frische Ideen ins Team. Social Media Growth Strategy: Du unterstützt bei durchdachten, organischen Strategien, um unsere Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen. KI-Tooling & Automation: Du nutzt moderne KI-Tools im täglichen Workflow, um Prozesse zu beschleunigen und deine Aufgaben effizienter zu gestalten. Das bringst du mit Digitale Heimat: Du kennst dich auf Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok und YouTube aus und verstehst, was dort funktioniert. Kreativität: Du entwickelst gerne eigene Ideen und setzt sie visuell ansprechend um. KI-Neugier: Du findest künstliche Intelligenz spannend und möchtest lernen, wie man sie für digitales Marketing nutzt. Sprachgewandtheit: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Studium oder Orientierung: Du studierst Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder einen ähnlichen Bereich oder bist auf der Suche nach einem Orientierungspraktikum.
