Du sorgst für ein effizientes, zukunftsfähiges Reporting und berätst die Geschäftsleitung und Stakeholdern mit fundierten Analysen und konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen. Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung, Buchhaltung und Vertrieb zusammen und trägst damit direkt zur strategischen Steuerung der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe bei. Berichtsweg: Head of Finance Aufgaben Aufbau und Überwachung von Budgetprozessen: Planung, Forecasts und regelmäßige Forecast-Updates Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten Management-Reporting für Geschäftsführung und Stakeholder Internes Berichtswesen inkl. Budgetkontrolle und fundierter Kommentierung Ad-hoc-Analysen und Business-Partnering: du unterstützt Führungskräfte direkt bei operativen Entscheidungen Entwicklung von Forecasting-Modellen Aufbau von Management-Reports und KPI-Dashboards mit modernen BI-Tools Automatisierung von Reportingprozessen (ETL, Datenmodellierung) Du bist bereit, 1-2 Mal im Monat nach Magdeburg zu reisen, um unser Team vor Ort zu treffen Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Schwerpunkt Controlling Mehrjährige Praxis im Controlling.
