Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Category-Strategie inkl. Umsatz-, Margen- und Sortimentszielen Analyse von Markt, Wettbewerb, Trends und Kundenverhalten zur Identifikation neuer Wachstumschancen Steuerung des Sortiments über den kompletten Lifecycle: Launches, Optimierungen, Exits Preis-, Margen- und Aktionsplanung in enger Abstimmung mit Marketing & Sales Strategisches Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Verhandlungen, Konditionen und Qualitätssteuerung Monitoring von Verfügbarkeit, Beständen und Nachfrage – insbesondere bei saisonalen Peaks KPI-Tracking und Ableitung klarer Performance- und Sortimentsmaßnahmen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Einkauf, Logistik, Produkt & Tech Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Category Management im eCommerce oder Handel Nachweisbare Erfolge in Sortimentsaufbau, Optimierung und Umsatzsteigerung Ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz und hohe Datenorientierung Starker Verhandlungshintergrund und sichere Lieferantenführung Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit strukturierter, hands-on Umsetzungsstärke Sehr gute Kenntnisse in eCommerce-Systemen, Daten- und Analysetools Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise und hohes Marktverständnis Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
