The role and what you will work on 

• Active Sourcing Engine. Your main job. Map talent at target firms, build Boolean and X-ray searches, and run outreach across LinkedIn, phone, referrals, and events. Find the experienced Financial Services consultants and tech experts who aren’t looking and get them talking. 

• AI-powered hunting. Hunt with JARVIS, our in-house AI sourcing platform. Train its searches, sharpen its scoring, and make ALAIKA faster than any agency. 

• Own the hire. From first message to signed contract: run screens and structured interviews, handle objections, and close the deal. You are measured on hires, not on process. 

• Hiring Manager Partnership. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our partners. Bring market intelligence: who is out there, what they earn, and what it takes to win them. 

• Pipeline & Data. Own your scoreboard (reply rates, stage conversion, time-to-hire) and use it to decide where to hunt next. 

• ALAIKA Ambassador. You are one of the first faces candidates see. Represent our values, energy, and ambition. Make it count.

What you bring 

• Proven hunting record. 2+ years of active sourcing or headhunting / executive search research, a recruiting agency, consulting, or tech recruiting. Bring numbers: reply rates, pipelines built, hires closed. 

• Sourcing craft. Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, and talent mapping. You pick up the phone without hesitation. 

• Competitive record. Competitive sports, a sales leaderboard, or any arena where you trained, lost, and came back stronger. 

• Recruiting is selling. Prove you could sell sand in the desert. 

• Background. Any degree. We care about the hires you have made, not your background. Show us you were always best in class. 

• Language proficiency. Fluent in English. German and any additional languages are a plus.
