Wir suchen einen Spezialisten (m, f, d) als Projektleiter IB / Risiken Tradingdesk Ihre Aufgaben: Projektleitung/Teilprojektleitung bei Run- & Change-the-Bank-Projekten mit regulatorischem Fokus für das Tradingdesk / Durchführung von Compliance Reviews / Verantwortlich für Weisungen / Support bei der Umsetzung von Projektentscheiden / Maintenance von Manualen / Ansprechpartner für Compliance-Anfragen und Kommunikation mit Gegenparteien, Banken, Brokern, Regulatoren etc. / Organisation und Leitung von Schulungen sowie Teilnahme an Workshops als Referent. / Deutsch und Englisch. Ihr Profil: Master oder Bachelor in Banking und Finance oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Weiterbildung in Compliance, Risk Management oder Projektleitung / Erfahrung mit Compliance des Tradingdesks einer Bank / Interesse an bankinternen Prozessen und an regulatorischen Fragestellungen / Lösungs- und kundenorientierte sowie sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise / Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, diplomatisches Verhandlungsgeschick und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein / Kommunikative, selbständige, teamfähige, belastbare und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit / Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch.
